This could involve the assessment of their products/services, customer service, after sales service and various other aspects depending on your requirements. A report of all findings will be given enabling you to make informed decisions on what action is required for your organisation to remain competitive.
Key Account Management
We will assess the true and current state of your organisation's key accounts and their management. We will identify contact frequency, value of visits taken, criteria being used to identify a key client and the true value of client's accounts to your organisation. Following an analysis of our findings an account management plan will be developed and guidance given to establish more effective and productive key account management.
