I am currently in the process of starting a new business can you advise me?

YES. We can assist with writing a professional business plan, identify your strengths and weaknesses, and show you how to conduct a competitor analysis, help with business finance proposals and give you a business start up checklist. We can also guide you to other relevant organisations where you can receive help and assistance in other areas of business start up e.g. accountants, solicitors, banks, etc.

Is this going to be expensive?

No. We believe in charging a realistic price for any work we undertake. You will always know before we commence any work for you exactly what it will cost and how long we estimate the work to take. We do on occasion offer special packages and rates for start up situations.

If I wanted to use your help how quickly could you help me?

Give us a call and we will make an appointment to suit. In most instances we can make an appointment within a week of your call. In extreme circumstances it may be possible to make an appointment within 24 hours of your call.

How do I prioritise the issues affecting my business?

We will help you to look at all the issues that need resolving and systematically work with you to break down, analyse and grade each issue resulting in a complete list of priorities in order of importance.

Can you help me get a loan for my business?

Yes. We can help you write a business plan and case for a loan, assist with loan proposals and if required introduce you and/or accompany you to banks. We can also advise you if your business would be entitled to any Government funding or grants either local, regional or national.

How can I be sure that I remain compliant with the latest employment legislation?

We can advise you on current legislation including latest updates, ensure that your systems and processes are compliant and guide you to external resources to keep you updated.

Everyone keeps talking about Corporate Social Responsibility. How do I find out what that is and how can I make sure my Company is responsible?
